Job description
GoElite, Inc. seeks a Lodging Manager. Salary $102,814 per year. Master's Degree in Hospitality or a related field required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set goals for management to help them develop their plan to offer hotel-style accommodations to their client base;
- Oversee and streamline consulting services for international students studying abroad by meeting regularly with hotels and apartment management offices;
- Develop and review satisfaction surveys that are given to client base to assess how satisfied both students and hotel and apartment managers are with the program process;
- Recommend corrections and feedback to management based on the feedback form;
- Resolve customer complaints and answer question.
